Online sales are not open yet. When they are, this policy will apply unless a product page states otherwise.
Damaged or wrong items
If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Opened supplements
For hygiene reasons, opened supplement bottles generally cannot be returned unless the product is defective. Unopened items in original packaging may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Courier time and your bank can add a few working days after we process the refund.
